i actually owned this for a short time. it's over 10 acres, very private, killer trees, KILLER views, great access (less than 1/8th mile from pavement) wild and romantic and sublime. if you're into visual drama, you will flip for this one. i had them in agreement to come down to about $165,000 at one time, and they prefer not to carry paper, but i think they could be convinced. there is no well, but there is water storage so they were just having water delivered now and then. power is close.
easy to find, you can go see any time. i HIGHLY recommend this one! it's one of the very best around. (and granted, it was the height of the market, but i sold its neighbor for $265,000 a few years ago. million dollar views! :)
