Summer WIC Trick - Electrolyte POPSICLES!

Know the Herb Doc, fellow Mamas everywhere? He's great. Today he has a great idea. Living in the country I often have to buy in bulk when I do my shopping - what a great way to USE fruits n veg fresh OR when it's beginning to wilt, and the kiddo's like it, too.
